This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Anaplex Corporation (Respondent) of Paramount, California. Respondent is alleged to have violated the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) at its facility by failing to have a plan to maintain and operate the facility to minimize unplanned releases, to properly label containers, maintain a contingency plan, and completion of annual training. Respondent has certified that the facility is now in compliance with these requirements.
