This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Vivid Distributing, LLC (Respondent) of Gilbert, Arizona, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements for emission controls on vehicle engines and motors. Respondent is alleged to have manufactured and/or sold or installed vehicle engine/motor parts that failed to contain or rendered inoperative a vehicles's emission control systems. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $200,000 over a two-year period to settle the matter.
