The US EPA and Honolulu, LLC dba Hon Realty, LLC, (Respondent) agree to settle this matter and consent to the entry of this Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and the Underground Injection Control (UIC) requirements by failure to close the large capacity cesspools (LCCs) at it's Kalaeloa and Kuhela facilities in Kapolei, Hawaii. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $126,652 and must bring the LCCs into compliance with UIC requirements.
