On September 26, 2018, the Regional Judicial Officer entered a Final Order ratifying a Consent Agreement between EPA and Respondent, Nathaniel W. Garnett doing business as East End Spirit Chevron (the Respondent ), in connection with his underground storage tanks at Respondent's facility located at 912 E. 3rd Street, Farmville, Virginia (the Facility ). The CAFO resolves violations of RCRA Subtitle I, and the Commonwealth of Virginia's federally authorized underground storage tank program by Respondent. Under the terms of the settlement, Respondent will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $10,000.00.
