Three (3) violations of the requirements of 40 C.F.R. 170.122 - failure of agriculture employer toisplay required information about registered pesticides applied on an agricultural establishment within 30 days after application, and while agricultural workers were on the Establishment;
2. Eight (8) violations of the requirements of 40 C.F.R. 170.130(a) - failure of an agriculture employer to assure that eight (8) agricultural workers received the required WPS safety training within the prior five (5) year time period and before their 6th day of entry onto the agricultural establishment, where covered pesticides had been applied within the last 30 days;
3. One (1) violation of the requirements of 40 C.F.R. 170.135(a) - failure of an agriculture employer to display a pesticide safety poster containing required information and meeting location, accessibility and legibility in a central location at an agricultural establishment at a time when covered pesticides had been applied to crops within 30 days and while agricultural workers were on the agricultural establishment.
