This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between EPA and FGS Packing Services (Respondent) of Exeter, CA. Respondent is alleged to have failed to file the annual establishment report under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirements of Section 7 (c)(1). Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1,200 and certified that facility is now in compliance with subject requirement.
