This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Argo Chemical, Inc. (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirement for annual establishment reporting under Section 7(c)(1). Respondent certifies compliance with the applicable requirements and consented to the assessment of civil administrative penalty in the amount $2,500 to settle the matter.
