Respondent conducted renovation activities at 105 East 73rd Street, New York, NY 10021. EPA's review of Respondent's October 30, 2017, Information Request Letter led EPA to conclude: that Respondent failed to obtain initial RRP firm certification, to obtain written acknowledgement that the owner received the Renovate Right pamphlet, and to retain all record necessary to demonstrate compliance with the RRP Rule while conducting renovations at the previously mentioned address. Respondent will pay $3,000, in accordance with the Expedited Settlement Agreement Policy, and submit a written statement outlining how they will return to and maintain compliance.
