Region 10 Settles with Colaska, Inc. (Juneau, AK) for CWA Violations
On March 18, 2019, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Colaska, Inc. ? Aggpro Site, located in Juneau, Alaska. Respondent, which operates a concrete and asphalt generating facility, violated its NPDES permit by failing to properly monitor all pollutants, failing to perform some inspections, failing to properly document inspections, and failing to install and implement all appropriate control measures. This compliance order will require the facility to submit a revised Stormwater Pollution Plan, submit employee training records, and submit an annual report with all inspection documentation.
