This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Venture Transfer Co. (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirement for annual establishment reporting under Section 7(c)(1). Respondent certifies compliance with the applicable requirements and consented to the assessment of civil administrative penalty in the amount $2,500 to settle the matter.
