On September 27, 2018, Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) for Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) violations at this EPA-Registered Pesticide Producer Establishment. The establishment was cited for failure to submit their 2017 annual pesticide production report on or before the March 1, 2018 deadline, as required. Every March 1st pesticide producer establishments are required to submit their production reports to EPA, listing the names and types of pesticides they produce, the amounts produced and distributed in the previous year, and the amount they expect to produce in the coming year.
