On December 19, 2018, EPA Region 6 issued a Final Administrative Order for compliance under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Grand Resources, Inc (Grand Resources) located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The AO was issued because the company failed to complete corrective actions and (40 C.F.R. Section 147.2903(b), 147.2905, and 147.2909) maintained injection wells in a manner that could allow fluid movement into a USDW. Grand Resources must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days after the effective date of a Final Order.
