On 10/03/2017, Region 10 issued a Notice of Warning notifying Kurther Air Services, Inc. of Nezperce, Idaho, that they were in violation of FIFRA. The company applied a pesticide in away that drifted off-target to a nearby residence. The company has adjusted its practices to avoid drifting in the future.
