On September 20, 2018, Region 1 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement under TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Expedited Settlement Agreement Policy, resolving a violation of the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule against Bartlett Street Condos, LLC. The violation pertained to renovations in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Respondent performed renovations on target housing without maintaining firm certification. Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $200 and to come into compliance with the RRP Rule. The state of New Hampshire has not taken delegation of the RRP Rule and is aware of these actions.
