This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Westco Chemicals, Inc. (Respondent) of Hollywood, California, for respondent's alleged violation the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) reporting requirements for TSCA-listed chemicals. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $134,875 to settle the matter, and certified that the facility is now in compliance with the applicable regulation.
