On 7/26/2018, Aldrich Chemical entered into a RCRA Section 3008 Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) resolving alleged hazardous waste violations at their facility located at 230 Emmber Lane in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The violations included storage for less than 30 days over 90 days, failure to mark the start dates of accumulation on containers, failure to marke containers with Hazardous Waste, failure to consistently conduct weekly inspections, and failure to maintain aisle space. A $5,000 penalty was assessed.
