On 3/8/2018, Region 10 issued a Notice of Warning notifying Future Harvest of Kelowna, BC Canada, that they were in violation of FIFRA. The company was selling and distributing unregistered pesticides. The company has revised their product labels and websites by removing all pesticidal claim.
