This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Alurent Holding, Inc. (Respondent) of Cameron Park, California for violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent allegedly failed to comply with Section 7(c)(1) of FIFRA, 7 by failing to complete and submit its annual pesticide production report for the 2017 reporting year for the facility located at 3043 Aihambra Drive, Cameron Park, CA 95682 by March 1, 2018. Respondent has complied with the requirement and paid a civil penalty of $400 to settle the matter.
