This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and All Pure Pool Service of Central California, Inc. (Respondent), for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent has failed to comply with Section 7(c)(1) by failing to complete and submit its annual pesticide production report for the 2017 reporting year for the facility located at 3237 E Malaga Aye, Suite 102 Fresno, CA by March 1, 2018. Respondent has corrected the violation and paid a civil penalty of $400 to settle the matter.
