This is an expedited settlement agreement between US EPA and Angotti & Reilly, Inc. (Respondent), of San Francisco, CA, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Respondent was required to obtain firm re-certification from EPA before offering to perform renovations for compensation in three child-occupied facilities (Lakeshore Elementary School, Gordon J. Lau Elementary School and Sanchez Elementary School in San Francisco) in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and failed to do so. Respondent has submitted its certification and paid a civil penalty of $3,000 to settle the matter .
