This is an expedited settlement agreement between US EPA and KXD Motor, LLC (Respondent) of Garland, Texas, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile sources of air pollution by the import of 536 All-Terrain vehicles (ATV) which did not meet EPA engine requirements. Respondent complied by certifying to EPA that it exported the subject ATVs to a country other than Canada or Mexico, and paid a civil penalty of $25,600 to settle the matter.
