## Summary

On April 10, 2019, Region 10 settled an expedited settlement agreement (ESA) with Nor Pac Pet Products, LLC, located in Chehalis, Washington to address violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 USC 136j(a)(2)(L), for non-reporting on 2017 Annual Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (Report). The 2017 Report has not been received by the EPA. The establishment also failed to submit their 2016 Report on or before the reporting deadline.  The 2016 Report was received by the EPA on July 19, 2017.  The failure to submit the 2017 Report was their second failure to report in a five-year period and subjects the company to an administrative civil penalty. The company agreed to pay $300.
