On December 12, 2018, EPA Region 10 settled with Jim's Fertilizer (690 West Main, Pomeroy, Washington) for a violation of FIFRA. Jim's Fertilizer, failed to file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Jim's Fertilizer, failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2016 and 2017. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $300.00.
