On November 13, 2018, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to Gall Construction Co., Inc. located in Puyallup, Washington, to resolve a violation of the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule in Tacoma, Washington. Region 10 alleged that Gall Construction Co., Inc. failed to be EPA firm certified prior to offering to perform renovation work as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,000.
