This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between U.S. EPA and Foster Farms (Respondent), for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act Section 112(r) Risk Management Plan (RMP) requirements for hazardous air pollutants at its Belgravia Plant in Fresno, California. Respondent certified that the alleged CAA 112(r) violations have been corrected and agreed to pay a civil penalty of $6,600 to settle this matter.
