Suedpack Oak Creek Corporation was formerly the Seveille Flexpack Corporation. The violations pursued in formal enforcement included the failure to properly manage a tank of hazardous waste including the failure to determine the applicability and to develop a RCRA air emissions program. The final penalty took into consideration the penalty policy and included a 10% reduction for cooperation.
