Facility was found to be an unpermited storage facility and was not meeting any of the requirements for a TSD or LQG. Employees were not trained in anything. Work involved confined space entry for the cleaning of marine portable tanks containing both hazardous and exempt waste. Facility was found to be exceeding storage times on accumulation containers and charging rent for those containers.
