The Training Program Manager (TPM) for Hansons Windows failed to provide EPA notification of renovator courses offered at least 7 days prior to the start of several classes held January 27, 2017 through July 6, 2018. EPA and Respondent agreed to settle the matter via an expedited settlement agreement and a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.
