Violations of Texas federally approved State Implementation Plan (SIP) at the facility include specific SIP citations:
1. General Requirements not being met as required under 30 TAC 106.4(c), 106.6(b) and (c), 106.352(e); 116.615(2) and (9); or the TCEQ Non-Rule Standard Permit for Oil and Gas Facilities (e)(1), and,
2. Unlit flares in violation of specific requirements under 30 TAC 106.352(e)(l1), 106.352(l)(1), 106.492(1)(B); 116.620(a)(12); or the TCEQ Oil and Gas Non-Rule Standard Permit requirement (e)(11).
