This Order pertains to property located at 333 North 7th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona, (the Milum Facility or the Milum Site ). This Order requires Respondent to prepare and perform a remedial investigation (RI) to: determine the nature and extent of contamination and any threat to the public health, welfare, or the environment caused by the release or threatened release of hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants at or from the Site.
