A Notice of Warning (NOW) will be issued to ChemStation Chesapeake, Inc. of Baltimore, MD, for the distribution of ChemSan 1250 , which is registered with EPA but whose composition is different from the composition represented in the registration. This is a violation of FIRFRA 12(a)(l)(C).
