On December 4, 2018, Region 3 filed an Expedited Consent Agreement and Final Order for Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) violations at an EPA-Registered Pesticide Producer Establishment in Philadelphia, PA. Lensco was cited for failure to submit their 2017 annual pesticide production report on or before the March 1st deadline, as required. Every March 1st EPA-registered establishments are required to submit their production reports to EPA, listing the names and types of pesticides they produce, the amounts produced and distributed in the previous year, and the amount they expect to produce in the coming year. Lensco will pay a $1,700 penalty.
