On March 12, 2019, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order that resolves violations of EPCRA 313 by Tarr Acquisition, LLC at their facility in Portland, Oregon. The EPA alleged that Tarr Acquisition failed to file a Toxics Release Inventory report for Tetrachloroethylene that was manufactured by importation at their facility. The company has returned to compliance and has agreed to pay a penalty of $20,500.
