This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Yamazuki, Inc. (Respondent) of Ontario, California, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act Sections 203(a)(I) and 213(d) regulations for motor vehicle engines. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $50,000 to settle the matter, and certified to EPA that it is now fully in compliance with the applicable Clean Air Act regulations promulgated at Parts 86, 1051 and 1068.
