This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Floricultura Pacific, Inc. (Respondent) of Salinas, California. Respondent is alleged to have violated the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) regulations. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $12,989 to resolve the matter, and certifies it is no longer (1)selling or distributing any pesticide that is (1) unregistered, (2) misbranded, that it is (3) no longer failing to file reports required under FIFRA, and (4) it is currently in compliance with all other FIFRA requirements for all its ongoing operations.
