This is a Consent Agreement and attached Final Order (CAFO) between U.S. EPA and BV Powersports, LLC (Respondent), of Carrollton, Texas, for violations of the Clean Air Act regulations designed to reduce emissions from mobile sources of air pollution. Respondent is alleged to have violated the regulations by import of vehicles or vehicle parts for sale that do not meet or are not covered by EPA requirements for Certificate of Conformity. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $13,000 to settle the matter.
