On April 26, 2019, Region 10 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to Bright Star Property Services located in Boise, Idaho, for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. The EPA alleged that Bright Star Property Services failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
