This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and ASC Berkeley, Inc. (Respondent) d/b/a All Seasons Construction, of Oakland, California. Respondent is alleged to have violated the Toxic Substances Control Act Lead Based Paint regulations. Respondent certified that it is now in compliance with the applicable regulations and paid a civil administrative penalty of $8,500 to settle the matter.
