This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and CBIP, Inc. (Respondent) d/b/a Coldwell Banker Island Properties, of Paia, Hawaii. Respondent is alleged to have violated the Toxic Substances Control Act Lead Based Paint regulations. Respondent certified that it is now in compliance with the applicable regulations and paid a civil administrative penalty of $19,344 to settle the matter.
