This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Weistec Engineering, Inc. (Respondent), of Anaheim, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act requirements for mobile sources of pollution. Respondent certified that it is no longer out of compliance with the specific requirement and agreed to pay a civil penalty of $8,500 to settle the matter.
