The Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent concerns the preparation and performance of a focused feasibility study (FFS) by the Respondent for operable unit number 2 (OU2), which effort consists of evaluating the impact of current and reasonably anticipated future discharges of hazardous substances from combined sewer overflows to the Newtown Creek study area portion of the Newtown Creek Superfund Site.
