On April 03, 2019, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VA PSHCS) to address Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) violation at its facility in Seattle, Washington. The violations involved noncompliance with the hazardous waste management requirements.
