This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Bullfrog Landing Marina (Respondent), of Stockton, California, for Respondent's violation of the Clean Water Act Section 311 Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations.
To settle this matter, Respondent has certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the applicable regulation and paid $1675 in civil penalties.
