On August 8, 2018 a Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by New Mexico Environment Department at the Turtle Mountain Brewing Company, on behalf of the U.S. EPA to assess compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Construction General Permit.
