On May 30, 2019, Region 10 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to Pure Design & Build located in Boise, Idaho, for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. The EPA alleged that Pure Design & Build failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
