On April 10, 2019, Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to TruVine Equity, LLC located in Boise, Idaho, for violations of the RRP Rule. The EPA alleged that TruVine Equity, LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
