This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Seismic Retrofitters, Inc, (Respondent) of San Francisco, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act requirements for firms that perform renovations for compensation at buildings/structures where lead-based paints may be present. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $27,055 and has certified that it is now in with the subject requirements.
