This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Jass Motorsports, Inc. (Respondent) of Rowland Heights, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile sources of pollution. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $150 and certified to EPA that it has destroyed or shipped the 15 subject engines to a country other than Canada or Mexico.
