This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Motor HQ, Inc. (Respondent) of City of Industry, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile sources of pollution. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1,700 and certified to EPA that it has destroyed or shipped the subject engines to a country other than Canada or Mexico.
