This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Compton Ag Services, LLC (Respondent), of Blythe, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Plan requirements. To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $2,000 and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the subject requirements.
